Wednesday, April 14th, Apple announced its 2nd quarter results, a $135 million profit on 1.53 billion revenue.

Monday, April 19th, Apple released QuickTime 4.0 Public Beta w/ new QuickTime Player and support for streaming video and MP3, at the National Association of Broadcasters convention in Las Vegas.

Monday, April 26th, yet another PC virus, Chernobyl, hit, wiping out harddisks and rendering them unbootable.
